KOBUDO - WEAPONS TRAINING

In our kobudo classes we teach traditional Japanese weapons as well as a modern self-defense system using sticks, called Seitei Tanjo, to adults and children.

Training with weapons is a mental as well as physical challenge as well as great fun! You will not only learn new skills, but you will also find out about the history of kobudo and the individual weapons.

Through small classes, personal attention and focus on the unique properties of each weapon and the strategies employed, our kobudo training tries to recreate the feeling of what it means to ‘master a weapon’.
